Who I am
This website is run by Dr Suhayb Jugon through Dr Jugon Private Ltd. I am the data controller for the personal information described here. I'm registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (registration number 00013470285). Contact: hello@drsuhaybjugon.co.uk.
What information I collect
Enquiries: your name, email address, phone number and the message you send through the booking form, email or WhatsApp.
Clinical records: if you become a patient, your medical history, consultation notes, treatment details and clinical photographs.
Website data: cookies and basic analytics, such as pages visited and device type (see Cookies below).
Why I use it, and my legal basis
To reply to your enquiry and arrange appointments (legitimate interests, or steps taken at your request).
To provide safe care and keep clinical records (provision of healthcare, and legal obligations).
To use your photographs in marketing, only if you have ticked a separate consent box (consent, which you can withdraw at any time).
To run and improve this website (legitimate interests, or consent where cookies require it).
Who I share it with
I don't sell your data. It is processed on my behalf by services such as Squarespace (website and forms), Google Workspace (email and storage) and WhatsApp (messaging). I share clinical information only if you ask me to, or where the law requires it, for example to protect someone from serious harm.
How long I keep it
Enquiries that don't lead to treatment are deleted after 12 months. Clinical records are kept for as long as medical and legal guidance requires, which for adults is usually at least eight years after your last treatment.

This website uses cookies that are essential for it to work, and, with your consent, cookies that help me understand how it is used. You can accept or decline non-essential cookies using the banner, and change your choice at any time.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, delete or restrict your data, object to how it is used, or ask for it to be transferred. Email hello@drsuhaybjugon.co.uk. If you are unhappy with how I have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Security
I store records securely and limit access to myself.
Changes
I may update this policy from time to time and will change the date below when I do.
